Never a dry nug here and the prerolls don't canoe. Some places I've been to sell nugs that grind to dust instantly and prerolls that burn down in a few puffs. 253 never gives me any of that, plus the staff is always super nice. I've only been to a few dispensaries but I've been uniquely impressed by this one.
Friendly staff, easy atmosphere, well-trained folks, efficient procedures, a delightful experience each time, even with strict and well-executed COVID procedures in place!

Such a cool location, it was my first time going here. I’ve been to a few other dispo’s and none have looked this professional. That being said the service of the guy behind the bud bar was poor. He kept sighing when i’d ask about a product. I spent over 50$ and when i went home to weigh out my purchase both “grams” of medicine measured out to be less then .90 when it should be 1.00. To some this isint a big deal but if i’m paying over market price, give me what I payed for.

Medical user in limbo having moved to VT from PA. Have a valid PA MMJ ID; unfortunately that doesn't mean sh** to VT, NH, ME or MA. MMJ is simply better & certainly more effective. In Mass, though, cannabis is legal for adult recreational use. So until I jump through all the absurd hoops VT has in place (no telehealth which is bad for me as each place I have to go to equals an exponential increase in my connective tissue disease. Anyway, 253 Farmacy (60mi away) has been mostly good overall (2 of my 3 visits have been good, the 2nd wasn't good only because I ended up buying gummies thinking they'd help (I normally do good with edibles but I now think they've got to be full flower not single Cannabinoids). They didn't, at all. Great budtender, bad product (for me; remember each person's physiology differs & the very same gummies will be the near perfect product for some of the population). THC half CBD, which apparently doesn't do a thing for me when ingested orally. I have learned, however, thanks to going to 253 Farmacy & giving their Joker's Web a try that smoking CBD does work for me. I've also enjoyed some relief from Lap Dance; it's TAC % likely turns people off as 253 has strains with 5-10% more TAC than Lap Dance's ~15-20% but it's Cannabinoid profile is fairly novel. I just checked out the packaging to see Lap Dance's Cannabinoid profile & noticed I was sold Lap Dance the very last time I visited is a month older & is much lower in TAC & contains a fairly different profile. No wonder it wasn't helpful; now I know why. It's my own fault for thinking that although every strains profile will naturally vary each should vary too much, which is exactly what the Lap Dance I bought during my last visit is - it has far too different of a profile & while I know 253 isn't a medical dispensary, I did think that their products would remain fairly standardized with just slight variations in types & amounts of Cannabinoids (& terpenes as well). I also now know why it hardly lasted; I had to smoke too much for it to help me. If I end up going back I'll be sure not to let the person behind the counter just grab what I want to buy and put it on the counter before I pay for it; I'll now need to closely examine each strain I get to ensure it's truly what I need to get. Note: I'd love to be able to name a strain for 253, I'd also love a part time job. I'm disabled so I can't push myself into full time but part time would be doable for me &, well, I would love to help out the people who've done their best to help me during my stay in Limbo & earn a bit of money while I'm at it). I've only rated the service 3 stars due to the fact that of 3 bud tenders I've had only 1 actually had an idea of what products would be beneficial. The first person was new, I believe, so no way I hold that against them. The second is who was interested in helping me as any customer should be by every business - and although that's when I bought the gummies, the budtender at least was helpful and knowledgeable (and an MMJ patient, which is helpful regardless). The third person is who sold me the old(er) Lap Dance which I do not appreciate - at the very least customers should be informed of major changes in Cannabinoid profiles while purchasing those flowers which have dramatically changed. As a former brick and mortar nutraceutical shop owner & operator (10+ years) I know these facts - never stock low quality products; never stock fad products no matter how much you'd make because in the end it's not worth being associated with products that don't work or are even dangerous. E.g., heavy metal levels in arctic cod oil vary wildly from brand to brand and while most may be below the so called "safe" level, others actually do contain levels of, e.g., Hg that will without a doubt exhibit toxicity in humans over a few months time, depending on said human's body fat composition. I know that educating your customers is priority one; without an educated consumer base, everyone will continue buying crap that doesn't contain what the labels claim from places like WalMart & Amazon. Education of self ranks right up there, obviously. If a customer wants a specific product you don't have & it's an excellent quality product then order it for them. If a customer is misinformed regarding a product, politely teach them at an opportune time. If you've got a line of people that is going to take you 30 minutes to "get through" then by all means take those 30 minutes - never save time by dissing customers, especially your regulars. The customer is not always right; they are human. If your customer isn't "right", say in regards to some new liposomal delivery system for Melatonin that only looks wonderful without functioning well, then let them know. People appreciate learning and they appreciate knowledge - especially when it's 1) new to them & 2) is told to them by a shop's employee/s. Regardless, the Early Lemon Berry is good but don't use it at night (unless ofc it's not for sleeping) as it truly is a morning / daytime strain & will keep your mind too active at night. What I wish they had was a small variety (or even one - Papaya) of whole flower RSO in syringes that allow you to measure intake with fair precision instead of "5mg RSO" capsules. That's just a bit absurd (for me) as it's 5mg of THC & ? What are it's flowers' ancestry/ies, what's the Terpene profile, etc. I'm sure someone would know but it's finding them once in the shop that's the problem. You get the budtender you get & apparently 253 is like most dispensaries on this point - there are a few knowledge people who are happy to help however they can & then there are the rest who don't seem to have been well trained / educated & are not that interested in being a budtender (judging from their treatment of customers, lack of knowledge, & just projecting a "when does my shift end?" sort of vibe); you're just one more person on the opposite side of the counter, in the way between them and their day's end. In other words, you're not really there. You're a nobody who has money to spend so they'll do their job but the very barest minimum they can. The person outside 253 checking IDs during my first visit was incredibly immersed in making sure each customer at the very least entered happy & left happy. One can tell it's not new to them, no matter the industry. My second and third were the same, with the dude outside the 2nd time directing me to where they have a wall mounted hand sanitizer unit if I felt inclined to use some (I did, ofc, as it helps everyone around me first and foremost by reducing the likelihood of viral transmission via surfaces such as money & IDs). The third person was cool. Not as talkative as the first two but no need to be - they and their vibe was utterly friendly and without any sort of negativity. So essentially I kinda feel like I was flimflammed during my third (and this far my last) visit. I looked at a current menu, saw the Lap Dance, got it plus ofc Joker's Web. I would love to try the White Widow as it's been among my top favorites for well over a decade but... but I don't know if I'll be returning. Hopefully I will. Hopefully.

I have been here a good number of times. Each time I go there is never any wait. As soon as I go in the person who checks your ID is always nice. When you get inside you are immediately greeted by a budtender who is friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. The flower is nicely displayed in big jars. I love how it’s deli style. The flower is top shelf quality. As well as the concentrates. I am never disappointed in my purchases. This dispensary in my opinion is the top one around. I cannot wait until you start selling your own products. Especially the edibles. I will always be back.
Super nice employees. Great product. Pretty pricey but hopefully market forces will drive the price down as it has out west. Overall A+++!
Love the rad group of folks working 253 Farmacy. Always good vibes, great selection, and good conversation while shopping. I’m from the West Coast and this is the best shop on the East Coast bringing you West Coast quality products. Picked up a half of blackcherry punch today. Super tasty. It’s a smooth smoke and relaxing but not sleepy.
The 253 Organic brand flower is the best dispensary cannabis I’ve had in Mass! Each strain has unique flavor and aroma. My favorite was the Tropicana cookies.
Friendly, quick, and easy.
All Around Great Place!
Hands down the best dispensary in the area, and I have tried 'em all.

I honestly can’t say anything about the interior of the store because my first experience with it is through this pandemic. But I found the store staff to be very helpful, informative, and friendly! Their curbside process is quick and simple. I will definitely come back again and especially so once the doors are open to the public.

This was my first dispensary I have ever been to was down their for work seen the great reviews so I gave it a shot I was very happy with my experience picked up a pre roll of chocolate og and a gram of night terror the quality of the bud was amazing but I will not pick up a pre roll again the paper made it so harsh it was unenjoyable had to break it apart and pack it in a bowl I will just pick up the nugs next time
