2020 Solutions - Iron St.

Went in yesterday for the first time. Great space and staff. Parking leaves a bit to be desired but previous comments about donation price and selection are more a statement about the nature of the market right now rather than anything individual shops can control.

As a Bellingham local and a California resident I consider my standards for dispensary service and atmosphere pretty high--no pun intended. I was extremely impressed with 2020 visions. From the service, to the atmosphere, to the product. I was assisted by Pablo who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I hope to be served by him again when I return to try more treats. Kelly was also a delight. Thanks for the time! Consider me a loyal customer.

Great experience! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent product (both Frosted Flakes and Girl Scout Cookies). Four out of five stars for service only because of high, though typical for Washington so far, suggested donations: $35/gram (versus $6-$12/gram elsewhere). Hoping those donations will even out some as supply increases. Overall a happy trip, both during and after!

I love everything about this store. I like the idea of the buyers card and the discounting scheme. It helps with the cost for those of us black market patrons. I always come away happy.

Nice, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The donation prices are out of their control, and I'm sure they will come down a bit once the market smoothens out. Quality buds, and once again, great staff. The customer service experience was phenomenal.

Very nice people, location, and 5 varieties to choose from today. The packagers are very generous with the amount. The donation prices reflect supply and demand. They will come down as soon as the red tape allows more product to be produced. There is an economics lesson here.

I was recently in your North Bellingham store and had the great pleasure of being served by a young lady by the name of Brooke. As I am not a Washington local, and had never been into a store like this I was very overwhelmed at the vast selection of products available, that was until Brooke stepped in! Her level of customer service was nothing short of magnificent. She went over and above in helping me with my purchase and made it all very easy. I have worked in customer service myself for a long time and know how hard it can be at times but Brooke showed me a level of service that I had not experienced before. She is a real asset to your company and I hope this gets back to her so she knows how wonderful of a job she is doing. Customer service like this keeps them coming back I have no doubt.

$30 G 28G per OZ $900 per OZ is "Donation" the proper term?

Nice place. Clean and friendly. knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. I enjoyed the Blewett gram I got. Here's the kicker. The donation prices are nearly triple what they should be. Been gouged by dealers my whole life...why the fuck would I pay $29 for a gram.

Easy business to locate, friendly staff, donation prices are THE NORM for recreational marijuana (ASTRONOMICAL) What was the worst part was getting home and weighing my $35.00. 1 gram and seeing it weigh 0.7 that is BS. I should at least get what I paid for 1 gram. Ill go back when I have no other place to go to.

I went here over the weekend because Top Shelf was closed and found I like this shop soooo much better. This was a very relaxed atmosphere. As an added bonus, there were no bouncer types outside of the door. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and the product was good. The prices are steep because it's just become available, but I have found it's worth it to avoid dealer drama. 2020 Solutions is my new favorite.

The Guide Meridian location is great and beautiful, but for some reason your Iron Street just seems a bit more personal. Great service from Karry too!!!

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection, always something new to try, and great prices. It's the bud version of the neighborhood bar!

WOAH THERE! I was kind of sad when I got home and weighed my $27 "gram", only to find that it was actually 0.95 of a gram. the other store in town sells an entire 1.00 gram. so I feel kind of jipped. other than that the bud was good, nice place and nice people.

Awesome store with so many awesome people as bud tenders. Liz, Riley, Josh, Jake, Jackie, pretty much everyone :) and the place is super classy with great prices. Definitely can't complain!

Friendly and professional. The store is clean and the parking convenient. As you enter, someone kindly checks your ID and sends you on to a friendly bud tender who will help you out The only knocks on this place aren't its fault: 1) variety of product is low but sufficient. There's generally something for everyone and every need. I expect this will get better as more recreational growers get going. 2) cost is still 200-350% marked up from "street" prices. This too should go down with more growers.

Kelly knows her stuff and is always up to date with new products to try out. Always Friendly, Love that SMILE, and can't wait to see her again. 2020 you have a precious jewel with KELLY, give that lady a bonus cause she's definitely making you money
