this place is great! miss Kandy greets you at the door with such Joy and enthusiasm it feels as if you have entered Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. as you venture further into this wonderful euphoric atmosphere of cannabis, you are greeted by your very own personal budtender, this my friends is where you venture down the rabbit hole! you now have access to a encyclopedia of knowledge be it Austin, Danny, la'Ronn, Andrea, Christian, I'm sure I missed a few, but you get my point, they all Rock! These guys will personalize a high just for you! be it pain, anxiety, or just a fun night off!!......10/10

I came into 2020 a few weeks ago and Ken was excellent! He helped me find everything I needed, but a larger man named Jason I believe, but he came in and tried to push me on product that wasn't necessary. He used very crude language that I didn't think was appropriate. This is the first time i have felt uncomfortable shopping at this store. I enjoy most of the budtenders usually but this one experience was one I won't forget.

Talk about well stocked! Christian and kandy were great I found awesome deals on vape pens love this place .

Great place I come here a few times a week. Brooke was my tender again today. She has got to be the most laid back awesome bud tender I've delt with. No hurry or visable body language saying oh im annoied hurry up and choose. Actually she informs me of quite a few of the strains of concentrate I end up getting. The smile she brings always makes you smile knowing she is going to take care of you! She is very knowledgeable for her trade. You guys found a winner in her. this is my very first review. Over the last several years I have visited numerous Cannabis establishments, however it wasn't until last week I stumbled upon 20/20 while visiting some friends up north. Chris, my budtender not only gave me excellent service, he turned me on to a high CBD strain of flower that did wonders for my pain after the long drive...I wish I lived closer, this would be my go to shop!

I decided to be a gentleman today and bring my lady flowers. And who needs a florist when you have 2020 solutions? I have been coming in for awhile, and its always so nice to see the familiar faces of my favorite budtenders. Shout out to Ken and Jason! Between the 2 of them they know everything pot, from vapes to medical.

This is my favorite of all the stores in Whatcom county!! Very clean and professional atmosphere and the staff is extremely knowledgeable on all their products!!

My wife and I were referred a few months ago, and we were both immediately set at ease by the atmosphere, layout & staff. What a joy it is to visit, and everyone knows their products, that's for sure! we have visited many other shops, but the guide location is now our only place to shop! I highly recommend 2020 to everyone I know!

Came in to see what their selection was, I was greeted by Jonathan and he was very informative about the product and accessories. His service was 10/10 and incredibly professional. Definitely coming back.

The store is very professional yet comfortable feeling and the staff is excellent and friendly. They always have great strains to try and awesome prices especially if you're a member. And you don't forget who started the whole "$10 gram" that now seems pretty popular at other recreational stores! I honestly haven't shopped anywhere else for months now because I just love this store and the staff!!!!

This store is beautiful, easy to find and easy to get in and out of. The staff is warm and inviting. It was my first time and I had no idea what I wanted. There was a wide variety to choose from. Zoë was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find exactly what I needed. I will recommend to my friends and I will definitely come back.

2nd time visit. I had a pleasant tender who happens to be 'the new guy'. Kyle was knowledgeable AND receptive to new information. Those are probably the two best things to be as a fledgling medical cannabis consultant. Danny is also very good at what he does. I knew to plan to stay longer this visit. My first visit was amazing - I knew what I needed and so did the blond genius. As soon as I said it, she had exactly what I wanted...starting with more than 2 to pick from. She and I then had a coolio little scavenger hunt for about 60 seconds and bang, in and out in less than 5 minutes. If you know me, I don't do anything in 5 minutes, lol. The actual store is well organized and easily perused, and there is plenty of staff. I didn't feel like I needed to hurry. I'll definitely be back.

Super helpful for someone who doesn't smoke that often. My bud tender Jonathan recommended some pretty nice Sasquatch prerolls for my trip to the lake and they were perfect!
