Another legendary cut and a favorite among connoisseurs, Sherbang #22 (subtly renamed for Ohio compliance) was bred by Boston Roots Seed Co and selected by NorCals Gardens. Prized for its captivating aroma and flavor, Sherbang #22 exhibits dense, colorful buds that smell like tart, sweet blueberries with a hint of dank gas. Grinding the flower lets loose a captivating bouquet of berry sweetness, but when used, these flavors, while still present, take a backseat to the sour, gassy, OG profile the strain is known for. This exclusive cut is perfect for those looking for blueberry terps or the pungency of a classic OG.

Bred by Cannarado Genetics and selected by Tahoe_Nugz and OGLoudest, this great cross between Loompas Headband and Sherbet is packed with flavor. The large, dense, icy trichome-covered buds will remind some users of our irresistible Ice Cream Cake, but make no mistake, Sherbhead is uniquely qualified for a spot in our regular lineup due to its accentuated tart berry and fruity pine flavor as well as its hybrid lineage.

Bred by Tahoe Nugz and born out of a cross of two of our most flavorful and famous house strains, Purp 43 is for terp lovers. Slightly less dense than its parents and named for its tendency to “purp out” in the weeks before harvest, this one earns its stripes by consistently delivering combined notes most reminiscent of a terpinolene-laden orange creamsicle across both its aroma and flavor profiles. Comparisons to Orange 43 are unavoidable here, but Purp 43 stands out as a truly unique offering for its rounder, creamier, gelato-esque orange citrus profile. The sharper citrus notes of its namesake are tempered and balanced by elevated levels of myrcene and a floral quality stemming from a one-two-punch of linalool and ocimene. This balance makes Purp 43 appear sweeter and gassier than Orange 43 – with a similar entourage but greater complexity.

This one needs almost no introduction. Bred and selected by Deo Farms, Zoap is an even hybrid and close relative of RS11 with wildly unique terpene expressions. Flowers exhibit RS11-esque coloration, with varying shades of green muted by milky trichomes and offset by purple hues and orange pistils. The strain is immediately sweet on the nose and deceivingly gassy when ground. However, Zoap saves the best for last, delivering a sweet, complex, and floral flavor profile of soapy potpourri and spice mixed over subtle gassy undertones. It’s one of the most interesting flavors in our lineup and truly unlike any other strain we’ve tried.

Bred by JBeezy and selected by Doja Exclusive, Permanent Marker began taking east and west coast cannabis markets by storm in 2022. True to its namesake, this cross of Biscotti, Jealousy, and Sherb Bx delivers a surprisingly familiar aroma that is reminiscent of the chemically sweet smell of a permanent marker. However, we think stopping at this moniker would be a disservice to the strain. Here we find dense, colorful buds that deliver potent waves of evenly mixed floral, sweet, soapy, gassy, chemical funkiness that translate almost perfectly to taste and linger long after each session. So many adjectives, and yet you really have to taste it to believe it. Permanent Marker is one-of-a-kind.

Bred by Franchise Genetics and selected by Tahoe_Nugz, Orange 43 is a powerhouse cross of White Fire 43 and Orange. The scent of Orange 43 lives up to its name, with a sharp terpinolene-laden citrus aroma dominating over hints of earth, gas, and spices. Most batches of our Orange 43 typically test in the low to mid 30s for Total THC. The large, dense buds are usually fluffy and covered in orange pistils. Despite its Indica-dominant lineage, we recommend and sell this one to those looking for sativas. This one’s been an Ohio patient staple since our first harvest.

Bred by JBeezy and selected by Tahoe_Nugz and OGLoudest, Ice Cream Cake is a cross of Wedding Cake and Gelato #33. The compact, dense buds provide a beautiful landscape of colors ranging from light greens to dark purples underneath a layer of icy trichomes. Ice Cream Cake’s lineage also provides a dramatic flavor profile, with the strong taste of gas from Wedding Cake giving way to a sweet, creamy, vanilla berry flavor that is reminiscent of ice cream and vanilla cake batter. There are a lot of versions of Ice Cream Cake out there, but ours is notable for having been painstakingly selected for both its flavor and aesthetics. There’s only one Klutch Ice Cream Cake.

Bred by Deo Farms and selected by Wizard Trees, RS11 needs almost no introduction. Fruit forward from start to finish, our cut exhibits a kaleidoscope of greens, purples, and oranges accented by a moderate to heavy lathering of trichomes. As beautiful as she is, aroma and flavor are where RS11 really shines, with notes reminiscent of rainbow sherbet, berries, grapefruit, and sour/bitter citrus with a slightly gassy finish, all of which translate perfectly to taste. While RS11 is capable of going head-to-head with some of the best flower on its own, it should be no surprise that it also makes for a killer extract, where the full depth and complexity of the strain can be experienced.

One of the most popular sativa-dominant strains in Ohio, Catfish was bred in Michigan by Midnight Roots as a backcross of OG #18. Catfish is well-known for its extremely pungent aromas of jet fuel and citrus, which are unique for a sativa. Catfish exhibits a bud structure more typical of OG Kush varietals, along with a thick coating of greasy white trichomes.

Possibly the rarest cut in our library, Humboldt Breath is a cross of Old Family Purple and Bear’s XO Reserve that was bred and selected by Oregon’s own Seeds that Feed. While seeds of this lineage were released by the breeder at some point, this penultimate cut wasn’t available to the masses until Seeds that Feed dropped less than half a dozen clones on the bank of a river in Eugene, Oregon, before completely disappearing in the Spring of 2023. Before vanishing, Seeds that Feed’s parting words, while cryptic, lauded Humboldt Breath as the culmination of his breeding career and possibly the best he’d ever worked with. “Name another cut,” he said. “I’ve grown it.”

Seed packs described the strain by saying “Humboldt Breath does not mess around. Consisting of West Coast Heavy Hitters, these plants are well structured, colorful, and blend chem, OG, and fruit profiles in the finest fashion. It’s worth noting, the Southern Belle turned Emerald Triangle Transplant, Triangle Kush, meets once again from both parental influences. ‘Humboldt Breath’ may be tongue in cheek, but it is aptly named nonetheless. The terpene profiles of this beast are potent beyond belief, and true to the name, many transfer beautifully to taste.”

We find this cut to be awash in a cornucopia of flavors reminiscent of chem, OG, blueberry, and GMO dominant strains, with the latter two flavors dominating over the rest. We’re proud to be a steward of this plant and grateful to be able to deliver this medicine to Ohio patients.

Bred by Capulator from a cross between Miracle Alien Cookies, Starfighter, and Colombian, MAC is one of the most coveted cannabis strains in the world. Famous for its bag appeal, MAC’s large, dense, trichome-laden buds look like glistening snowballs. However, its looks are evenly matched by one of the most exotic flavor profiles in modern cannabis. What makes our MAC 1 special? Our MAC 1 phenotype was hand selected by Capulator, himself. The exotic fruity, berry aroma of MAC 1 is accented by creamy undertones of herbs and pine – a uniquely accessible profile that makes this one an easy choice for your regular rotation.

While the breeder of this strain is unknown, its name certainly is not. A cross between SFV OG and Chem D, MotorBreath is making a lot of waves in the medical cannabis industry right now and has become an Ohio patient favorite. Named for its extremely pungent gassy flavor and smell, this strain produces flavorful notes of fuel, earth, and citrus. MotorBreath is an OG’s OG and is not recommended for new medical patients.

Bred by Backpackboyz and rumored to be a keeper from the original R’ntz pheno-hunt, Lemon Cherry Gelato is a now-legendary hybrid cross of Sunset Sherbet, GSC, and another unknown strain. Typical buds are bright green with purple tops and covered with a thick, white layer of greasy trichomes that is punctuated by long, flowing orange pistils. True to its name, LCG delivers a complex aroma and flavor profile of tart candy, lemon citrus, and cherries that gives way too much milder accents of cake, raspberries, sweet spice, and wood.

Bred by Compound Genetics, Rose Gold R’ntz is an exotic cross of White R’ntz and Apples & Bananas. It’s deep violet and volcanic-black crags are juxtaposed by a rich, chunky overcoat of milky, amber trichomes accented by wisps of dark orange pistils. The aroma here is complex, with notes reminiscent of fresh roses, citrus, creamy blueberries, and sweet fruit. Some may also find whispers of classic R’ntz as the buds are broken down. On the pallet, this enchanting aroma gives way to flavors reminiscent of sweet, creamy berries and sour citrus. This one is as stunning as it is delicious!

Rose Gold R'ntz

Bred by Josh D, this exotic cross of Rainbow B’ltz and RB is an ode to Josh’s sweet tooth. Exhibiting medium-statured nugs with a conical shape and tight calyxes, Sunrize displays a kaleidoscope of light greens, purple-magentas, and light orange pistils under a luster of white, frosty trichomes. A uniquely nuanced smell erupts from the flower, especially as it is handled, with a nice balance of bright, sweet citrus leading over hints of gas fumes. This aroma translates well to taste, with bright, sugary citrus and hints of gas gently evolving into a spicy earthiness towards the exhale. This balanced offering is unique among Josh’s lineup, and the first strain released by Josh to the Ohio market since 2019.

Sometimes, the outcome of a cross is predictable, but other times, it winds up being more complex and interesting than you originally envisioned. Such is the case with Pacific Cool – a cross of two fruit-forward powerhouses with a uniquely dank outcome. On the nose, Pacific Cool is tropical, floral, juicy, and refreshing – notes one might expect from an Orange 43 x OZK mashup. This aroma is accentuated when ground. However, while these notes absolutely translate into a bright floral-citrus taste, these impressions are quickly overpowered by notes of old school dank pine and earth until eventually giving way again to a pleasantly lingering bright, juicy, floral-citrus aftertaste. Ultimately, Pacific Cool is another unique offering examining the unexpected genetic potential hidden in its lineage.

Bred by Tahoe_Nugz and OGLoudest, Big Head is an extraordinary cross of our Heatlocker and Sherbhead cuts. With Ice Cream Cake, MAC 1, Sherbhead, Chemdawg and Fire OG in the background, this one promises a little something for everyone. Big Head’s large buds are comprised of almost all calyxes and no leaves, with a vast coating of trichomes to round out its appearance. The flavor on this one is special and one of the most complex in our garden. Not only does this strain deliver strong, sweet, fruity flavors, it also has a ton of chem and gas to it.

Bred by Cookies from a cross of Zk’ttles and a Gelato #33 phenotype, this one changed the game and has since gone on to produce numerous other phenotypes and offspring, some of which have joined it in our regular rotation (Après, Rose Gold R’ntz, Sunset R’ntz, Lemon Cherry Gelato [probably]). A proper cut of R’ntz exhibits wispy, electric lime-green buds with royal purple spots under a sugary layer of trichomes, and ours is the real deal. R’ntz exhibits aromas of sweet, sugary fruit that are offset by mild undertones of fresh earth and pine. Unlike many other candy cultivars, these aromas translate brilliantly to the strain’s flavor and helped solidify its place as an instant classic.

Bred by Tahoe_Nugz and OGLoudest, Heatlocker is an incredible cross of our beloved Ice Cream Cake pheno, along with Chemdawg, Fire OG, and MAC 1. The markedly dense, frosty buds are reminiscent of Ice Cream Cake or MAC 1. However, looks are deceiving here, as Heatlocker’s appearance gives way to an otherworldly chemical, diesel, and sweet gas flavor that is totally opposite Ice Cream Cake and MAC 1. This potent sativa is guaranteed to be a favorite for those who love a good Chemdawg flavor and smell with a touch of sweetness.
