UK Cheese was ok. I thought it would have relieved my mental pain, but I realized it was more for physical pain. It just wasn't the type of medicine for me. If I was ballin' and I twisted my ankle then I'm sure I would give it a better rating. But I do not involve myself in any physical activities. I'm very lazy like many around me who smoke. But overall, no spasms or seizures. If you have physical problems I know someone who has ankle problems and biked for miles after a sudden injury. He left physically hurt and came back from his trip just fine. So it's all on your condition.

Such an amazing strain. Really clear headed, thought provoking, spacey, pain relieving, and body relaxing high. One of my favourite strains for sure. It can be a harsh hitting strain, even with a bong with a cheesy/lemony taste. Can be giggly at the start of the high. Amazing just to hang out at a yard with a few friends. Would recommend!

Hits the head straight away then moves to my body leaving tingles all over , specially on me lips, can send me to sleep after 6-7 bongs , effects are increased or decreased depending on the quality of the cheese you buy and who from, well were im from anyways , this is ONLY uk cheese im talken about

Great flavor and smell. buds are big, firm and a pleasure to smoke.

Lovely strain with one of my favourite highs, strong and hard hitting with a lovely mellowed effect. Leaves me melting into the sofa just grinning at the world. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who hasn't tried it before.. Be careful though.

This is probably one of my favorite strains I’ve tried. It’s a pretty clear head high and nice body high, not too strong (which I like) happy, relaxed and giggly.
