The only reason I go there is the for the discounts and the quality if ok however I’ve had multiple issues here. I’ve had cartridges with just a drop in them. I recently qualified for a free battery and cartridge however I didn’t get one because they said they were out. I wasn’t offered anything to compensate. I was just told my mindset was all wrong. This place comes in a zero stars when it comes to customer service and for false advertisement. Is there any oversight or upper management monitoring this location?
