So... Some of my best friends really like this place... But... I've been in three times now and all three times I requested items listed here on the leafly menu and all three times I was told that they were out. I would easily ignore it if it was once, but it was thrice. No good! To make matters worse, they mentioned that one of the listed items didn't exist anywhere (it does. I found it somewhere else later in the day.) Definitely visit here if you like to be lied to and be the victim of bait and switch tactics. I won't be back. Argh.
Middlefork Review - 43.5/50
April 14, 2016
Summary: This is the Haziest Haze of all the Hazes I've ever Hazed! A pleasantly assertive combination of lime, blueberry, and sweet basil leaf aromas bless the nose - with the lime and sweet basil prominent in the mouth. Expect a SOARING, mildly psychedelic sativa elevation to last for four-plus hours.
NOTE: Middlefork genetics are said to be Dutch Treat crossed with DJ Short's blueberry. Somehow, it seems the haze genetics in the Dutch Treat surfaced as VERY dominant in this sample - and I for one want to personally thank the breeders for this amazing flower. Thank you!

These loosely-structured, ginormous buds are built from tiny, Japanese eggplant-shaped, medium khaki-green calyxes with light orange overtones, a confetti party of bright amber-orange pistils, and are glistening like disco balls with a range of clear to milky to amber trichomes. These gems were clearly lovingly hand trimmed, probably more than once. This is museum-quality cannabis.
Nose (/2): 9/10
Aromatic Intensity: 9/10
Aromatic Quality (subjective to my palate): 9/10
Notes: Among the most intense and intoxicating aromas I've ever encountered. At first, the typical, familiar aromas of a classic haze fill my nostrils: heavy lime, mild pepper, sweet, mild basil. But then the lime picks up additional intensity and is joined by the sweet, tart aromas of an unmistakeable, juicy blueberry getting squished between my thumb and pointer, purple sticky liquid oozing down my palm (alright, I'm a little high as I write this :) ). The nose ends with a fine, exotic melange of all the notes that preceded. A terpene profile for the ages.
Tongue (/2): 9/10
Flavor Intensity: 8.5/10
Flavor Quality: 9.5/10
Notes: All of the aromas are present in the mouth. Every time I take a rip of this, it tastes like I'm drinking a virgin blueberry-lime Rickey with muddled basil and sugar perfectly incorporated. Fucking out of this world delicious. On a side note - is there a bartender somewhere here in Seattle who will mix me a virgin blueberry-lime Rickey with muddled basil and sugar perfectly incorporated? Mmmmmmmm!
Head: 9.5/10
Notes: A buzzy, high-intensity mind-shift and sense-heightening are accompanied by mildly psychedelic yet (mostly) functional focus.
Body: 6.5/10
Notes: a mild-intensity energy boost is not accompanied by any dulling of my pain. This is a variety for the head.
Grape Ape Review - 32/50
March 21, 2016
Summary: These dark purple buds look like mini Grimaces. A mild lavender terpene profile disappointingly delivers a low intensity head high and a light body high. The growers would likely have had a far superior product if they'd let it flower at least several more days.

These super dense buds are composed of tiny, heart-shaped, dark hunter green calyxes with deep purple overtones, dark reddish-brown pistils, and are coated with 100% clear trichomes. Though I was told these flowers were hand trimmed, the pine cone shaped buds look like they came out of a machine.
Nose (/2): 6.5/10
Aromatic Intensity: 6/10
Aromatic Quality (subjective to my palate): 7/10
Notes: Mild aromas of dried lavender and grape must are quite pleasant.
Tongue (/2): 6/10
Flavor Intensity: 5.5/10
Flavor Quality: 6.5/10
Notes: Mild lavender and vanilla flavors dominate the inhale with a slightly woody exhale.
Head: 6.5 /10
Notes: A gentle, low-intensity mind-shift and sense-heightening are accompanied by moderately improved focus.
Body: 6/10
Notes: No sleepiness or physical euphoria. Though accompanied by a very slight calming of my gastrointestinal tract, the body high would likely have been far improved with a longer flowering time.
Sunset Sherbet Review - 36.5/50
March 21, 2016
Summary: A very good-looking slightly indica-dominant hybrid with a floral orange blossom and honeysuckle terpene profile offers a moderate intensity head high and a mild-to-moderate intensity body high.
Brand: Harmony Farms
Weight: 3.5 grams
Harvest Date: 1/22/2016
Packaging Date: Unknown
Total THC ( + THC): 23.22%
Total CBD: 0.76%
Eye: 9/10
Light, yellowish-green, moderately dense buds of tiny, teardrop-shaped calyxes, with bright orange pistils, and frosted with mostly clear trichomes. Medium-high calyx:leaf ratio and trimmed quite well.
Nose (/2): 7.25/10
Aromatic Intensity: 7.5/10
Aromatic Quality (subjective to my palate): 7/10
Notes: Moist earth hits the nose first, followed by orange blossom and honeysuckle. A little chlorophyll.
Tongue (/2): 6.25/10
Flavor Intensity: 5.5/10
Flavor Quality: 7/10
Notes: Tastes very floral. The orange blossom and honeysuckle are complemented by a subtle rose water flavor. More like a delicate baklava than sunset sherbet to me, but the flavors are somewhat similar. As I get deeper into the bowl, a slightly off, greasy charcoal flavor interrupts the pleasantness. I would recommend taking tiny "snap" rips of this one. Very unique.
Head: 8/10
Notes: Instant moderate-intensity mind-shift and sense-heightening. Excellent focus.
Body: 6/10
Notes: A little energy boost and mild physical euphoria, accompanied by a very slight calming of my gastrointestinal tract and some mild forehead pressure. Feeling a little lazy. This hybrid leans slightly indica in the couch-lock department.
Golden Pineapple Review - 36/50
March 20, 2016
Summary: An absolutely beautiful sativa flower with delicious, yet somewhat mild aromas and flavors of sweet, tangy pineapple. Expect a wave of physical euphoria and a calming of your belly accompanied by surprisingly little head effect.
Brand: Phat Panda
Weight: 3.5 grams
Harvest Date: 1/04/2016
Packaging Date: 1/16/2016
Total THC ( + THC): 24.54%
Total CBD: 0.3%
Eye: 10/10
Golden green, wispy buds of large, pear-shaped calyxes, with bright orange pistils and mostly clear trichomes. Very high calyx:leaf ratio highlighted by an excellent trim job.
Nose (/2): 6.75/10
Aromatic Intensity: 6/10
Aromatic Quality (subjective to my palate): 7.5/10
Notes: Yes, slightly more than a hint of sweet, tangy pineapple. No chlorophyll.
Tongue (/2): 5.75/10
Flavor Intensity: 4/10
Flavor Quality: 7.5/10
Notes: Tastes very similar to its smell with sweet, tangy pineapple on the inhale and a little sweet citrus on exhale. Though quite delicious, the flavor is not nearly as pronounced as other varieties with similar terpene profiles. Would greatly benefit from a sucrose boost.
Head: 4/10
Notes: Surprisingly little mind-shift for such a high THC (24.54%) sample. Whatever other cannabinoids and terpenes are in this Golden Pineapple's entourage are clearly altering how my body/mind normally processes THC. Good focus though!
Body: 9.5/10
Notes: Excellent energy boost and physical euphoria! Definite calming of my gastrointestinal tract. Terrific body effect for a sativa, similar to ATF in this way.
Thank the cannabis gods that I can still visit this place. I end up spending way more than I'd really like, but the quality of the medicine can not be matched in the legal retail market. I'll miss you when you're gone, Dockside co-op!
Having been diverted from the medical cannabis world, this was my first ever visit to a recreational outlet. I was lured in by their promise of the lowest prices and walked out getting what I paid for. The discounted prices seem to come with discounted quality. Though the concentrates I grabbed were all good-to-excellent, I opted for store-branded flower and was reminded of how awesome the medical cannabis world was. My terpenes were barely there - pretty much no aroma or flavor on strains that I know quite well. My visually appealing buds were gone - all the flowers were butchered by a machine trimmer and somehow ended up a dullish brown. Argh. So where can I go to get well cared for, well flushed, hand-trimmed flower at medical cannabis prices? I'm not sure. While their concentrates are a fantastic deal that I will return for, I likely will have to find my flower elsewhere. Ugh
Terribly disappointed by my first legal retail flower purchase. I've grown this variety and know what it can be like at its best. The Seattle Tonics version (harvested on 12/8/15,) while plenty potent, is lacking all aroma and flavor. It also looks like it was trimmed by a machine. I guess you get what you pay for at $100.00 for 14 grams, so I shouldn't be too upset, but gosh darn it, when grown well, this strain has the potential to really wow all of the senses. It works though. It ain't broken. Two stars. Ugh.
These moderately wispy, army green flowers exude an exaggerated cedar and fuel aroma that I usually find mildly offensive, but am occasionally seduced by. The effect on me is consistent: medium-intensity uplift with mild pain reduction and zero couchlock. Excellent for rainy day fort building with kids!
Dark emerald, super-chunky colas of large, surprisingly densely clustered HUGE calyxes are blanketed in giant amber trichomes that reek of sweet honeydew with just a hint of orange and a mere whisper of skunk. The effect is a high-intensity uplift with no couch lock. A super-tasty palate pleaser that treats the nose, tongue, eye, mind, and body in equal measure. Long-duration effects (3-4 hours,) complete the picture for a five star review.
