well I have read many reviews about delivery service with most being about service times and waits and then the few about shady people and deals and weights. I thought I better avoid these services... then I really needed a delivery service so I called GOE and man was all the reviews spot on not only did they not answer the phone the three times I called got a call back hours later then they want my info sent via email. which I do right away and then I sat for two more hours waiting for a call when I finally decided I should call to see if a mistake had been made. I get no answer but a call back 30+ minutes later which I find out they did get my info but at that time I can not be helped... so now I ask you do you really want to deal with this kinda BS when you need your meds.

I have purchased 5 cartridges over a three week period and I feel they are very inconsistent. Two of them smelt like a fish oil may have been used. only one felt like it was a good value. h4l makes these cartridges and not to sure if it's a quality control issue or a just being cheap and shorting people by taking shortcuts intentionally or otherwise.
