This is my most-frequented dispensary in Portland, and it will likely remain so. They have a lot of great specials and a huge selection at good prices. My only concern is the inconsistency of customer service. I've gone there enough to interact with most of the staff and the majority gives really, really great costumer service which is awesome (thanks guys!). There a small percentage of staff, however, who just don't make any effort at all to be friendly and give this vibe that they're slightly annoyed and doing you a favor just by being there and ringing up stuff for you. I don't expect everyone to be super happy and eager to help you all of the time, but making the effort to be at least mildly cordial and polite would make it a better experience for me.

Went here the other day and had a pleasant experience. This place presents cannabis in a different way than what I've seen in many shops. To me, it's a very scientific and geared towards medical use for specific ailments. For example if you ask what's the best strain for "X" problem, they can tell you and give you reasons to back that claim up. The staff was eager to answer any questions and were quite proud of their product. And they should be, all their flower smells and looks amazing.

Buckman Cannabis is my first dispensary experience. The staff is super informative and awesome. They laminated my card, answered all of my questions, and I got some killer weed. What more can you ask for?
