To start, in the three years I have been going to this location, I have only ever had one bad experience customer service wise. All the tenders and very helpful and typically try to get you what you need, if I could rate the employees alone I would give 5 stars across the board. Now the bad part of the review. In the three years I have been going to this location the price of the same Half OZ has doubled. I preorder my order every time and in the past year they have actually had the correct order when I picked it up twice, I would order at 8am right as they accepted them and yet every time they would sell half my order, and even though I preorded exactly what I wanted I would then be made to pick from whatever scraps were left after the morning rush. As of June 2021 I have also noticed the THC percentage just be blatantly wrong on the webside, where it had been keep updated decently well up until now. I preordered some Cherry Cindy, which was advertised on the website as having 19% THC, I picked up my order and went home thinking it was a good visit, but after getting home and looking inside the bag I discovered it was only 9% THC. Literally half of what was advertised.
