I used to really like this shop but wonder why they don't update their menu. It's frustrating to be looking for their available inventory and not find it. There's a lot of competition out there who do update their menu...daily. Why not Deanz?! If it's important to me, I would think it would be important to them too. Not everyone has the time or money to visit your shop "in the hopes" that you have something they would like to purchase. Extremely disappointing! :-(

I've been to this place a few times and each time I'm less impressed. It's too bad, because their meds are actually pretty good. The atmosphere, service and policy procedures are another matter. The bud tenders seem extremely uneducated and don't know their product very well. Even the simplest questions seem to stump them. If I can look up a strain on Leafly, I'd think they should be able to as well. They occasionally appear to be put out when you request information or to see something up close. They almost always appear bored and uninterested. Courteous and helpful service does not seem to be of big concern here. Nor does professionalism. The majority of this dispensary's products are behind the counter on the back wall, where they can't be easily seen. The budtenders weigh all your purchases in the back room. Flower still comes packaged in baggies and concentrates come packaged in disposable condiment containers. (I've heard that medication bottles are on order, but that was the story two weeks ago and they're still sticking to it.) The place is small and cramped. It reminds me of being in a friend's basement, only less welcoming.

Located in the corner of a blah-looking strip mall, it would be easy to miss this place. But look for the address-- 9810-- over the door, and good things shall follow. Don't worry; if they don't come out to greet you, just knock. A big shout-out to Ty and Roger for their hospitality and personalized customer service. They are knowledgeable, willing to share that knowledge, and aren't pushy. A clean and contemporary atmosphere, my only request is for a pop of color here and there in the decor. ;o) Love this place...I will definitely be back!
