Not the spiffiest shop in town, and the neighborhood is a bit iffy, but there was ample parking. You walk up a flight of stairs and see a security guard, a row of fairly nice chairs and a table, an almost invisible window in the far wall for checking IDs, and two smallish counters at right angles to each other. I didn't have high hopes for finding quality oils, but pleasant surprise -- they had Pure Vape, Spliffin, and The Clear (labeled "Paris Gold" -- either a coincidence or a very clever bit of marketing wizardry). My budtender recommended The Clear, and told me all about it (terpenes removed, then added back, no solvents, etc.). I bought one of those in Pineapple, and two Pure Vapes, NYC Diesel and Platinum GSC. The Clear is out of this world -- amazing taste, very mellow yet not sleepy. As a first time patient, I was offered a choice of an edible or a pre roll. I took a pre roll (mainly because I'd just made my own cannabutter😸) and it was Super Silver Haze, an excellent Sativa. Although FWB is not one of your well-lit, large and impressive Studio City dispensaries, I do recommend it because of the lack of attitude and attempted upsell (are you listening, large Studio City store??) and because they sold me quality products, at reasonable prices, with no hassle. If you are anywhere in North Hollywood or vicinity, you should add FWB to your list. I do hope they can add more products and hopefully move to a better location. As an old white lady I felt a little uncomfortable about leaving my L*x*s on the street -- I was glad to see the parking lot.
