Update: someone from management contacted me and gave me 15$ in credits but I never got my apology from the racist managed, the only thing I asked for. I tried to let it go and went back a few times to RISE and everything was great UNTIL a couple of weeks ago I put in an online order and went inside to pick it up. When I placed the order my total was 24$ upon getting to the register the employee that rang my order up told me 30$. Obviously I was expecting to pay 24$ so I told the lady behind the register that wasn’t the price I was given when I order she said the 1/8 was 25$ and that’s when the same employee that I originally had the problem with my missing 20$ (in original post below) said “thats an estimated total” and giving me an attitude. My response was no the price of the product cant change from what it says online. I had know that their system obviously wasn’t giving the sale price that was on the internet and the employee I was dealing with notified a manager while the other employee that told me the price was an estimate kept telling me I didn’t understand what estimate meant, which only demonstrated his complete lack of understanding of the retail business. The manager came a looked at my order and immediately fixed it because the system had messed up. Which was great but no apology from the employee that has by this point shown his complete lack of knowledge for anything retail after previously showing is inability to count or handle money. This employee exemplifies how bad the management is, he shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers, hes rude and just stupid honestly. So with that I’m writing this to let anyone that goes to RISE that they should beware of this employee messes up your change and you complain you WILL be called racist by a manager that is the actual racist because where I saw an employee make a mistake he saw a black employee that made the mistake that if you’re white and point his mistake you are racist and then everytime that employee sees you he will be confrontational about something that had nothing to do with him. RISE please take any reward points I have and give them to a medical patient. I will not patronize your establishment while you employ people that think it’s alright to act like that. So if you’re considering rise please just go to Solar it’s 10 minutes away, same prices, faster service and you won’t get harassed or called a racist if you point out an error with an employee or their system
