I went to the Lakeview Starbuds recently and picked up a disposable cell, but the battery was dead on arrival. When I went back today to get a product that actually works, to my surprise, the employees told me that they would not replace it. When I asked if it is on the customer to be liable for the products that Starbuds is selling, the employee literally said 'Yes'.
The best I was offered was a miniscule discount on my next purchase. But if I am liable for any defective or faulty products made by this company than that policy is an absolute joke. Why would anyone ever make a purchase from this dispensary again if they didn't get a product that works the only time they have ever gone there?
Figure it out Starbuds. I'm telling all my friends to spend their money somewhere else.
