Upon receiving a defective cart I was sure to have no luck in exchanging it for a working one as policy is typically final for MMJ purchases. Montelle, security saw I was distressed about it not working and went the extra mile for me to get a manager to hear me out. I got it exchanged for a working cartridge and am definitely a happy camper. I have noticed security here as well as the environment consists more of a welcoming, big caring and loving feel than "you're just a number," which I frequently feel at other dispensaries. Service is also so quick here. Literally in and out.

Fire bud and great daily deals! They focus intently on their customers so sometimes the line moves slowly but they are very efficient and always helpful

This was the first dispensary I went to after getting my medical card and one I still go to frequently. I have a lot of issues with communication and they work with me through it. They also always have great deals and include tax plus fire 🍁 The employees are great and very understanding. One of the best by far.
