First time going in here I had a very weird experience. First a very friendly and very helpful young black guy helped us. However about 5 minutes into talking to him, what seemed like the manager pulled him away to do another task, which seemed inappropriate in the middle of helping a customer. We were passed off onto this older white guy that was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked about some purchasing limits and pricing for oil, he responded “I dunno, I have my med card so how am I supposed to know that.” YOU’RE A BUDTENDER, It is literally your job to know information about the products your selling. Eventually we got passed off to another budtender, a girl that was trying to be helpful but since we had been shuffled through so many budtenders by now, she was confused about what we wanted. We were finally passed off onto a 4th budtender who rang us up. Overall an weird experience. That friendly black guy should get some props, but that old white guy should
probably be fired.
