BEST SPOT ON THE WEST COAST....place is family now...everyone is always chill, prices and selection is the best...dont go anywhere else

if you want cheap prices and some decent flower this is the place to go, that being said like other reviews this place doesnt fully stand by their product. They only do a 48 hour return policy for cartridges need all packaging and receipt (the other 2 dispensaries I go to do 14 days, and if you lose or they forget to give you a receipt, like re-leaf did, they can look the sale up). Had a cartridge that was malfunctioning still drew but tasted like it was just burning the wax wick not the oil, brought it in told them they actually never gave me a receipt. Budtender takes the cartridge out back says it was working fineand thats how the oil tastes andcant exchange it (not true i have had this brand and flavor multiple times). HE then said he can hook me up with a discount on a replacement, so I said fine, gave me the regular 20% off they do on cartridges not an actual discount...last ones ill purchase from this shop ill pay a tad extra for a place to stand by their product since im sitting with a 55 dollar useless cartridge....seems like the atmosphere here has changed over the last 2 months, budtenders are more aggressive with customers last few times.
