The older woman who answers the phone should look into a different profession. She is rude, not helpful at all and acts like she could care less about her job—worst part she acts the same way in person. Smiles are free these days—clearly the sticky note on her desk that says “smile!” is not working. There is 1 budtender I absolutely dread having—Cory. He is arrogant and always gives customers a hard time when trying to obtain specials/discounts. I overheard a customer ask him a few questions and Cory responded by saying “Whoa hold up, relax! You’re asking way too many questions” The gentleman was clearly offended and surprised as was I by his response. Customer service skills are severely lacking in this department. This location is walking distance from my house and yet I drive 25+mins out of way to go to another dispensary because these 2 make the experience very unpleasant.
