Asked 3 times if I had my agent discount and was told yes on my purchase get home and realize I didn’t get my discount. Called them and they said they would put it on my notes and I could use it next time I came in. I go in a week later they can’t find my account and once they do they don’t see anything in my notes and won’t give me the 5$ off. Amazing customer care

Only complaint is I wish they did deals on bulk buys. Nature med will sell a quarter of flora farms pre packaged 8ths for 80$ plus tax you would spend 120$ here! I hope to see price breaks in the future
