I've been a customer of this 1 Plant location for 6 months and had nothing but good feedback for them, but after the QUICK unannounced TAKE-OVER to Sunnyside, I REFUSE to give them any of my business in the future. Here's why: I placed an $830 online order for flower, cartridges, & wax on Friday 8/20/21, under the premise of getting a 30% DISCOUNT for multiple purchases, which is how I've made my purchases in the past here. I do this every 4-6 weeks, instead of frequent visits, because I live 30-miles away, to not only to save money, but to save time, gas, and mileage on my car. After taking almost 90-minutes to place this large online order, which I wasn't happy about, I went to pick it up and was told there are NO MORE MULTIPLE ORDER DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE ANYMORE. After asking for a manager, he or she wouldn't even bother to come out and speak to me FACE TO FACE. With this POOR ATTITUDE FROM THE NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT, I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A SUNNYSIDE OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS AGAIN. YOU PEOPLE REALLY SUCK!!! Even after filing a customer complaint, they did NOTHING for me whatsoever. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE ANY LONGER, get your cartridges from CURALEAF, they also have live resin cartridges with just as good quality and good pricing and discounts.
