Shopped here several times in the past, but never again after today. After paying & checking my order, I discovered a substitution had been made without telling me, and that my discount was 10% less than normal. Staff brushed off the substitution, and informed me that I had NEVER received a better discount than what the clerk had given me today. I sorely wished the older gentleman who has waited on me in past had been there. On one occasion, he actually gave me a daily discount that was better than my medical or Veteran’s discount. Today, though, the general attitude from all of the young staff (none of whom were familiar to me) was that they were right & I was wrong. They were all rude, unprofessional, and pathetically typical representatives of their generation.
