After consulting the menu on leafly, I called to double check that my medical strain(grape ape) was indeed in stock & was told they had sold out. I came to the sw store anyway , as this is my neighborhood shop, & I asked the manager if there was a way to get the grape ape from the other nectar locations delivered to me here. She was helpful trying to problem solve but when I mentioned it was the grape ape I was needing she said " we're not sold out, why it's even 10% off!" So with that said, I recommend that whoever answers the phone make sure they truly know if the leafly menu items are in or out of stock & it's always ok to put someone -esp a medical patient- on hold to double check. So while I thought this would be a frustrating visit, it turned out to be great. It would be nice though with so many nectar's for strains to be available for delivery to one's closest location (not same day) if they are at a different location.
