Despite having to travel out of town it is well worth the thrip. Easy to find, easy to park, even accessing the building. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable people, and excellent product!

I've been a customer from the beginning of RWU. Started having issues in 2017. I occasionally purchased ounces of "shake" @ $100.00, which wasn't even on the menu. I'd ask on occasion and if any were available I'd take an ounce. The "shake" soon turned into "trim" {which is NOT "shake"}. When I informed them the difference between "shake" & "trim", they were oblivious and couldn't care less. Then they raised the price 50% to $150.00 with no explanation. 2nd issue I had was I tried to use 3 coupons I had received/earned through large purchases and leaving a positive review on Leafly {with NO exp. dates} and they refused to honor all 3 of them. I had a 20% off, $2.00 off, and a $10.00 off. Guess which one they RANDOMLY declared no good? The 20% off. One I EARNED by buying several ounces on special. I tried to reason with them and they simply were not interested. 3rd issue was they made/sold their own oil for about a month. They had known issues with it being too thin. They sold me a 1/2 gram, it burned up in about 8 hits. I let them know and was offered $10.00 off the $60.00 I paid. I felt that was unacceptable, especially since they were FULLY aware of this issue {others had also complained}. Despite that fact, they refused to make it right. So, after a few years of my loyal patronage, and also recommending SEVERAL good paying customers to them, they just refused to be reasonable. Haven't spent one nickel with them since, though I would have liked to continue buying from them, they in effect, ripped me off and refused to be honest about it and make it right.
