Horrible. Horrible customer service. I don’t think these people understand the quality of customer service. Always have smart comments about your order and there famous for saying delivery and pick up is priority, but I’ve ordered MULTIPLE times at 9 in the morning and they say they haven’t even seen my order til almost close. Sometimes even the day after I order. Then I drive about 30 miles to find out they don’t even have what I ordered. No phone call , no nothing. Then they just act like nothing even happened. I actually was super confused why I didn’t get a text all day. So I called getting closer to closing to make sure they wouldn’t cancel my order , but when I called and told him the situation. He didn’t even ask my name , patient number. Nothing. He just had a super attitude filled “ If you didn’t get the text it’s not ready” so I call the next morning to find out it was ready the day before and their system had glitched, so that’s the reason I didn’t receive a text. The most recent time I was there I received an email and text stating my order was ready. FOR BOTH STRAINS I ORDER. so come to find out when I get there, Apparently they sold out of the one I really wanted. The guy who was taking care of me asked this one guy next to him if there was any left. And the one co worker said he think he saw one in the back. And as the guy was going to check this girl that ALWAYS has attitude(next time I will definitely get the name), goes to him with another attitude fulfilled statement “ IF ITS NOT ON THE PAPER YOU CANT SELL IT”. ... okay. But i ordered it when it was on the paper. So I didn’t get what the issue was. I only keep coming here because of quality. But it’s going to be really hard to convince myself to go there again after my most recent time there. Especially since it’s a 45 min drive from home as well.
