Had a wonderful experience coming to this dispensary. From quality of products to the amazing service from our bud tender Seanna🙌🏾🥳 all around GREAT experience. We didn’t feel rushed either just educated.

If you haven't been down to the Pharm you are missing out! Home of the BEST pre rolls and great deli style service with quality meds. I love love love the help that the Budtender Simone gives not only is she knowledgeable but super laid back. She recommended a product from Sublime and even tho I do not like most of their products I gave it a try and loved it♥️🙌🏿. Thanks Simone!

The Good Dispensary (Med/Rec)

I have been coming to the "the good" for a few months now. I stop coming for a little while because my "PRE PACKAGED" flower bags were coming up short. Meaning I would pay for an 3.5 but only get 3.3 or 3.2 etc. I weighed the flower on 2 different scales then I even decided this time to use ANOTHER scale in addition to the other 2 and the results didn't deter far. I began weighing my flower from dispensaries when I noticed how short they continued to look. I went back today just to try them out again because my caregiver thought I should give them another shot due to the convenience of the location After speaking with the guy with the short black hair that flips it all the time (don't remember his name I just know he's Puerto Rican) I explained to him about a previous problem I had with the flower being short I asked AT THAT POINT how could I make a complaint other than going thru the state of Arizona? He said he didn't know but he apologized n said as long as the flower bag was not OPENED I could return it. I said ok he pulled out a couple of bags even though they didn't seem like 3.5 I thought maybe the nugs were a LITTLE dense. So I showed my caregiver in the lobby who agreed it was not 3.5. I went to return it as I was told I could the cashier told me I would have to take it back behind the counter. Mr short hair flipper JUMPS IN and says no n proceeds to ask y opened the bag wtfreak?!! I PAID FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T GET! He says I cant return it After he was the one to check me out. He knew I was inquiring about the flower problem previously so to act dumb was a slap in my face. He then takes my bag out of my face OPENED REMIND YOU to say he had to staple it back!? Am I a child? For this reason I would Never return "unless" something was done to fix this problem. I even called after I left because I'm honestly not one for causing a huge ruckus. I asked to speak with the manager and the SAME GUY WHO I PREVIOUSLY DEALT WITH ANSWERED THE PHONE AND HASSLED ME AGAIN smh.Finally a Supervisor got on the phone(Marcus) and said he wanted to rectify the situation but Nothing was done he claims he took my complaint but how far will that go if even?. When you come to this place they say welcome "Home", well I'm not sure about the people here but I LOVE my family and would NEVER treat them as I was treated today. My advice to anyone coming here is DO NOT GO FOR THE FLOWER the weights are not right and I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY PATIENT WHO FEELS THIS WAY. I'm just the only one being vocal. Because I cant upload pictures here I've done so on Google you can check out my duplicate review there as well With pictures n video where I NEVER BROKE THE SEAL OF THE PACKAGE UNTIL I was safe inside.
