I normally go to fresh karma 2-3 times a week. I will never go back after my awful experience. The red headed guy that “helped” me was rude, pushy and unhelpful. He talked to me like I was dumb and rushed me through the process when I was trying to pick between 2 items. I always leave between $5-$15 in the tip jar because normally they’re great. My experience was just so bad. I won’t go back. He needs to work in a different profession. Working with the public is not for him and fresh karma is wrong if they keep him employed there. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dispensary.
