David run's a great professional establishment, so much that other Dispensaries can only dream of achieving this level of professionalism. David and Emerald City appear to be doing business for the long term. The offer discounts for bulk and specials regularly. They replace and discount dry weed as they find it. The volunteers are compassionate and helpful as well. It's refreshing to have such a great resource in our little city of Eugene. When I need medicine I'm not going anywhere else except Emerald City.
