To be honest I didn’t know what to think about BHC. The 1920’s décor and idea to resemble a speakeasy, is this just a cheap marketing ploy to bring in business? I must say after visiting most dispensaries on the SE, E side of town I was worried what I would find once I entered the dispensary. I currently only medicate with Flowers so this review will be based on just that the flower. First off there is nothing cheap about their décor. You can see the hard work that went into the design and craftsmanship of the woodwork. Amazing, this place is beautiful a sight to be seen. What does that have to do with the medicine they sell? Nothing really but the same amount of detail that went into their décor went into selecting the flower they feature. My absolute favorite is the lemon skunk that is on special every Monday. The flowers are trimmed to perfection by hand as it seems when you inspect. The effects are that as described on leafly for the strain. The only negatives I have from my visit are minor. 1) please dispensaries stop using those heavy zip lock bags. They crush the flower before we can get it home. I invite you to have a type of bottle return with medicine bottles. This will keep trash down and bottles recycled. 2) You might want to think about adding the humidity regulator pouches to your jars. My meds. Were drier than at other dispensaries but were still very fresh and full of flavor. In conclusion I recommend coming and seeing what BHC is all about it is worth going out of your way for!

After reading interviews and articles with the owner and his dedication to medical marijuana I had to stop by and try his flower. Wow what a disappointment. The dispensary was very small and illuminated with nice pendent fixtures. The problem was the light was warm (yellow) and all the flowers looked brown. I tried a few grams from different strains all with the same outcome, hay taste. They all were over dry seemed very old and had little to no odor, basically stale. An example I can give is I had to stick my head almost in a jar of Blue city Diesel to even get a hint of its wonderful odor. They do not use the rehydration packs you see at many of the other dispensaries which would help them with proper storage. As far as effects with the samples I purchased, they seemed to be very mild compared to other dispensaries I have tried with the same strain . The joints were a mix of all their top shelf strains with flavored papers not what I would call medical quality. In short I believe the owner has his heart in the game but just isn’t at the point which I would consider this a top shelf dispensary. No matter how attractive your budtenders are they can’t make up for the quality of the flower.

Greely Gallery's Flower review, the good and the bad. After the article in Oregon leaf featuring the bud of the month from Greeley Gallery I decided to stop by and try them out. I have been to almost every dispensary on the North, Northeast, east side of Portland and feel like at this point I am a good judge of a dispensary . Hands down Greeley Gallery has the best flower I have seen. The only other dispensary that even comes close to the quality of flower and knowledge of the medicine is Farma. I tried multiple strains Lemon OG, Grand master, Blue Hawaiian. Each one was exceptional in it's own way. These guys know a lot about the plant genetics and what it takes to produce a prime medicinal flower. The only bad I can say is that they use zip lock pouches for their flower . This does cause a little smashing of the flower but it wasn't the end of the world by any means. Lets dig in to specials and Greeley Gallery has them. Have you ever paid under 10$ for top shelf flower ? You will here when on special. To sum it all up Greeley Gallery is my new home for my meds the professional owner and staff as well as their products set them well above most. you won't find a better flower period ! This was my first time visiting this dispensary and I'm impressed. Expect a clean, welcoming environment with more than you could imagine in medicine. On this visit I was looking for flower. I have tried the 7 closest dispensaries to my location in the SE. Urban Farmacy by far has the best flower. Taste, effect, appearance is almost exactly that of the leafly general description of the strain. The budtender I worked with was very knowledgeable in the medicines they carried. From the growing process of the actual flowers to the personal relationships they have with the growers. Most were organic ! I can't comment on wait time because I was able to just walk in. The inside looks to be set to 2 transactions at a time but I would assume that would mean two budtenders and at this time that was not the case. Again, it has been an exhausting search for the dispensary I feel like I can trust to have good quality control, compassionate , great selection and I feel like this is it! Best part ? I can walk there :)
