I will say this for the few times I have been there I've had wonderful service with the staff. Until I met the one short fused guy who seemed as if he hated his job. Everyone else is laided back but that guy wasn't pleasant at all. I hate being rushed. I spend a lot of money there every time I go and that time I almost couldn't spend anything. Then a short time after that I decided to try out the pre-order online. When I got there to do my pick up the girl at the window tried to give me a price that was $20 more then it should have been. So I questioned it and she told me I was wrong. I had to go out to my car grab my phone and show my order to her. She claim it was almost $15 tax I was being charged. I refused to pay till she put the order in again. She then said it was an error with the system however looking the the receipt and my order she put the wrong things on it so she had to start over again. Instead of her apologizing for the issue she place blame on me and everyone else including the system. That is unprofessional! On top of it all I got dry untrimmed flower in that order but I was too upset to go back in and make a fuss. I was completely unhappy with that. Now I have trust issue with pre-orders. I will continue to go there because I have had more good experiences then bad. I give chances and they do have great deals. My intention here is to inform you of these issue so you can work on that. Over all I would recommend this place. I had a great experience yesterday. The girl I worked with was very informative and patient. Thank you for that.
