Usually I enjoy dual carts so when I saw they were offering them, I jumped on getting 2. $50 a peice. I opened one and it was terrible! Worst drag ever. It felt like air. The battery didn't last and it never did it's job. so I call today and get an extremely inexperienced and extremely rude young girl on the phone who decided to tell me that just because a product doesn't work correctly and I don't like it doesn't mean that they need to honor an exchange. I explained to her that not only do I not like it but it does not do what it's supposed to do and doesnt hold a battery. I explained how at the other dispensary i go to, they have a 7 day return policy on Vapes and it didnt matter if it was broken or not, as long as you had a recept, they would honor an exchange. She immediately cut me off and said..."I find that hard to believe" I took a deep breath and kindly asked her to let me know what I can do for the unopened product that I will not be using and the broken product that was opened, which I have a receipt for and her answer was... If you come back, I might be able to exchange the open vape for the exact same product. Why would i want the exact same crap vape?? She couldn't do anything for the unopened one at all. Loss of $50. + tax right out the window cuz I won't ever use it. She then goes on to say that they have been having a lot of people complain about these vapes but her manager said to inform people that they are sorry but there really is nothing else they can do for me. I spent over a hundred dollars to get crap for products with no sympathy or resolution. The unprofessionalism and the rudeness that I dealt with will absolutely cause me to spread the word for no one to ever go to this dispensary. The Manager, Brian, refused to give me the girls her name. And all he kept saying to me was... That's our stores policy, there's nothing I can do" Well, your policy sucks and you lost a customer because you weren't willing to do the right thing by honoring an exchange or credit for another product. HORRIBLE experience!
