The overall experience was a 4 overall.. this lady wearing overalls named "jimmy" was super rude. We had a super rad bud tender/bud connoisseur Nathan that made up for Jimmy's rudeness. Nathan was helping my friend and I select some flower, we chose a flower that I guess she was looking for, that her customer chose. She was super rude about it to both my self and Nathan. And said "I'm getting it all." She could've approached the situation differently. Nathan apologized multiple times. Who cares that we had to choose other flower, but she did NOT have to be rude. Never had that experience any where in any legal state at a dispensary. We would have left if we didn't wait 30 minutes in line but Nathan made the situation better. Will be going back because of him!
