Unfortunately this is one of the closest to my house, I say this because the customer service is sub par at most. I placed an online order and came in roughly 15 minutes before closing. By this time my online order which was “ready” was sitting behind the front counter but they had already closed online ordering pickups. Per the website or Leafly it does not specify that online orders are no longer available for pickup. The reason I place online orders is so I can pickup my order when I get in. As I’m waiting while writing this review the gentleman behind the front desk is just watching television. Would not recommend this location to anyone else, the other location on Thomas is much better operated.
