My online order is usually never ready for me until i am there to tell them im here for a pick up. When i go there the staff is usually nice and in a good mood. Yesterday they were just talking no other customers in the store and then realized they had 2 other online orders that were printed but still on the printer after i told them i was here for a pick up. After telling me they were out-of- stock of what i wanted the guy said sorry we dont have that but you can get 4 instead of 5 and just pay $1 more. After I said sure they forgot to get an item for me that I had on my online order but didnt even say anything about it. I should have gone back in after realizing i forgot the one, but didnt wanna pay another 3.50 fee for using my card. Prices are good. I just feel like if we place a online order it should be ready before we get there not when we arrive,especially if there arent other customers in the store.
