I have been a regular customer at this Tradecraft for months. Yes, the point of sale has some issues at times and the prices tend to be a little high, but, the products are good and I like that they offer a 10% military discount. This most recent Memorial Day (past May for quick reference), because I'm a signed up/registered military veteran, I received an amazing free box of goodies - over $300 value! It was really amazing and thoughtful. I was informed last month by one of the Budtenders I chat with at the store that the free veteran box was being provided now on the first Saturday of each month. I was super excited. I brought my wife with me this morning to go and grab the veteran goodie box. I roll up to the register to buy a cartridge and I get that sweet veteran box. Denied. I'm not on the 'list'. I explain that I have already signed up and my name is verified, but, alas, not on this new list. I go on to say that I was never informed or prompted about a new sign up and I receive SMS push notifications from them, as well. Additionally, I literally receive a military discount automatically at the register - how can I not be eligible? Not on the list - too bad. I admit I was pissed. I was also kind of embarrassed and felt second hand. At the end of it all, I bought my last HVGC cartridge (great veteran founded company btw), cashed out all my rewards on the purchase and went home. I'm never going back to Tradecraft. It's a shame. I bummed. However, there are a number of other competitive dispensaries in Vista. I won't get the Tradecraft goodie box from them, but, I wasn't getting it from Tradecraft either 😒
