Complaining about quality of service at location in Lolo, MT. They advertise on Leafly that they carry certain products. Their page on Leafly is updated but done infrequently and still the items that they do not carry are still on the site. When I bring this up to the associate at the store I get the run around. "I don't know who updates that. We carry it at the Missoula location (only to be told that, no, it's at the Lolo location.) Let me find you something similar (that is always more expensive then the advertised price.) I don't really know anything about that kind of marijuana." These excuses go on and on. If the employees don't know what they sell, what the product is, or can't provide me with something comparable to what they are advertising then I see no reason to continue purchasing products from Bliss or go to their locations. Also, Leafly needs to start looking in on who they are allowing to advertise on their site and verify that they are actually providing what they advertise. I no longer feel that Leafly is a good resource for locating and purchasing.

Extremely rude and did not sell at the advertised price. Also refuses to delete your personal information if asked. Not recommended.

Location no longer sells. Sent to another store 20 miles away. Was treated poorly and told they don't have a manager or owner. Also don't give them your personal info as they refuse to delete it when asked.

Best shop in town! Staff is knowledgeable and has great specials. Great for first timers or long timers. Can't give them enough praise so just get down there!
