First off I'm a very frequent shopper at the other locations. I've stopped in the Henderson location a few times and never again. I'm tired of the hassle to buy here as a medical patient. I understand there was a computer update, the other locations went through it too. Funny enough they don't have all of your information and discounts at the Henderson location. Both times I've came in to get my medication I've had to wait an exceptionally long time so management could verify all of my information I gave them last time. Never did receive my correct discount. I also noticed that the prices are way higher than the Strip and Tropicana locations. Even the budtenders attitudes were cold. I'll stick to the other two locations. Better customer service and prices.

Essence is the only dispensary I'll shop from. They are the only dispensary that stayed true to its customers. They stayed loyal to local medical patients so I'm a loyal customer. Joel helped me with my order today and I'm forever grateful. Thank you Essence for always having amazing staff and products.

I love Reef! I came here for my first time, the $25 eighths are great! And for being a first time customer I got a free eighth. Can't beat the prices, service, and bud. I will definitely be back and will let my friends know to go here.
