I don’t know who was working tonight but they all sucked. The front desk told me I didn’t need to check in for an express order so when it was 20 mins after my text saying it was ready, I had to wait more. I only ever got called up because I went back asking again if I needed to check in. When lightly complaining the express order woman gave me nothing but attitude. I know I have to wait but if I ask if I need to check in and I’m told no, what do you want from me? I also had a question on a strain that isn’t in Leafly or on the web and not only did she give me an “I don’t care” attitude but the guy who does the stocking and ordering didn’t know what the strains were that created this new strain. The names he did give me couldn’t be found on Leafly or general googling. It is really unprofessional to have these types of people working with the public in general but also as “knowledgeable” resources that apparently, aren’t.
