Everyone was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was so impressed I made it a point to come back again, and the experience was consistent across the board. The products I got were of top quality. I got live resin cartridges, some infused pre rolls, and topical treatments. I have greatly enjoyed each one! Also they were very proactive with COVID 19 safety measures. Masks, 6FT distance requirements, a limit of people in building at a time, and even a shade tent for you to wait in if there is a line. honestly excited to see the folks that work there again.

I was very impressed with this shop! Everyone I spoke with was so excited for me to be there and so welcoming. I was intimidated as I haven't been to dispensaries often. They made sure I was educated about each product. Steven D was amazing, perfect customer service experience, and bud tender expertise. He helped me pick out some concenrates and educated me on the processes for each different type. I hope to come visit Vail again as this was a wonderful place and I'm elated from my experience there.

Location is easy to get to, a little tucked away. The interior is very nice and well kept, a soft and stylish design. Great customer service from the get go. check in was easy and everyone was very friendly. My bud tender was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helped me pick the best products for me. I have been to quite a few dispensaries in other states, and this was one of the best bud tenders I've had! The quality of the flower and disposable vapes was excellent, and I'm very pleased. price is appropriate and I would say cheap compared to other retailers. Definitely a place I'm putting on my map, and y'all should too!
