I recently shared a review on Yelp, expressing my disappointment, but I didn’t receive any response. Frustrated, I decided to visit the establishment in person to discuss my concerns directly with the manager. I brought along photos that highlighted the issues I encountered. To my dismay, nothing substantial came from that conversation. What kind of hospitality is that? I was left feeling unheard and unappreciated, which is why I can no longer recommend this place.
During my visit, I made it clear to the manager that I intended to leave a negative review based on my experience. His response? A dismissive "do whatever you want!" It was shocking to encounter such indifference. I urge anyone considering this place to think twice; it feels like they are more interested in making a quick profit than providing quality products or service. I experienced being sold subpar items that they failed to take responsibility for. Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this establishment!
