I've shared a joint and was perfectly fine. But I tried to smoke a Blazy Susan shorty by myself and almost had a full-on panic attack for at least 15 min, then afterwards I went back to being functional. I have anxiety so if you're like me just take a few puffs and wait a while because I noticed this one tends to creep up on you. Not saying don't try it because it for sure does have a really good calming effect but if you do too much you might be too calm then go into manual breathing lol
