The associate at the online pickup gave me an attitude because I had a change of heart on the flavor of my item. She stated,”if there was a line....” she wouldn’t have been able to do it, but that’s BS because that’s not the first time I’ve been there, and I’ve seen them jump out from behind the counter to swap something. ITS YOUR JOB TO HELP CUSTOMERS LADY, YOU WORK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SECTOR PLEASE DO THE JOB THAT YOU ARE GETTING PAID TO DO, NOT JUST TAKE MY MONEY, I AM THE CUSTOMER I AM HOW THE STORE STAYS OPEN.
