Curaleaf was the first Florida cannabis dispensary I'd ever visited. The ones in Colorado looked like jails on the outside, armories on the inside -- not inviting! Curaleaf Port Charlotte, in contrast, was, even in its early days, attractive and modern, staffed with interesting, friendly clerks, a fair variety of products that has improved immensely, and middle-level management who hang around, always a good sign for a business. Are they perfect? Heck no, one time they handed me the wrong order, and I had to take a Lyft back to the store to exchange it! However, it was the store's fault, and the manager not only corrected the order, but paid for my Lyft ride there and back. That's pretty good customer service, and I shop at Curaleaf any time my black market supplier can't supply me!
