I needed assistance in selecting a product. Rather than assist me I was told I needed to order on line
I asked how I was supposed to know what to order. Then I was told to call and get help that way.
I went home and struggled with trying to find my product
I tried calling multiple times leaving a voice mail each time I got voice mail.
More than 24 hours later I have yet to have a call back. When I went to pickup 1 of the items there was a man who had no customer but chose not to walk 2 cars over to assist me.
I find the new approach very unhelpful. In trying to get medical needs met I have wasted more than 3 hours. Not a happy customer.
