Let me start by saying the staff at the Key West location is awesome but the rest of Trulieve is laking. So I been using Trulieve for my meds to treat cancer and severe PTSD for a few months. Everything was great and my treatment was going well and boom all of a sudden they ran out of the product I was using. This left me very concerned. Trulieve gave me a number to call to see if they could get it transferred to my location. Well that when my nightmare began. The reps on the phone are completely incompetent. They was supposed to put in a transfer order and come to find out a week later that they never put the order for transfer. My home location has been out for over a week. I requested twice that a supervisor call me and no one ever called me. I called one last time today and the person I spoke to couldn’t help me but she did politely but rudely hung up on me after I told her I would hold for a supervisor. At this point I has lost all faith that a Trulieve supervisor will call me back and I no longer trust that Trulieve can successfully get me the Medicinal products i need to treat my conditions.
