I love this place and these people!! Always friendly and helpful. This time I came in because we'd had an issue with one of the distillate cartridges. For some reason it stopped working--no vapor coming out at all. Joe and Mendi helped me out: they checked it out with a tester battery and did some diagnostics and concluded it was some kind of connection issue. Anyway, they hooked me up with another cartridge. This one was Strawberry Banana (first was XJ13, but they were out of that), and it lived up to their descriptions. Very nice.
