Pre-ordered thru Leafly, they couldn't fulfill my order completely, so they text and asked for permission to alter. Very friendly. Only negative thing I could say is the staff was basic in knowledge at best. But, due to the times I wasn't worried all too much about his lack of information on the flower we purchased.
