Thanks to speedy service by a female budtender (wish I had a name, i swear i work with her twin) i was back to the office with time to spare before my lunch ended. mad props, and ill post another review on quality when i can get at some of their flower.

I've been to Reef in Reno, they had some flame and really had good info in addition to helpful staff. this is by no means the same place. If the quality in service is this different, change your name!!!

Serious props to your budtender in Sun Valley for his help yesterday. First time visitor to Reno and to Reef, left very satisfied and impressed at the product quality, not to mention the knowledgeable friendly conversation I shared with the staff. I hope you have a recognition program because everyone there was 10/10.

Kind keeps it locked down. Rarely ever am I on a wait, the staff knows you by name and treats you like a homie when you walk in. Check out the selection and grab the Chocolate Hashberry or GSC and you'll get why they don't need to do free doodoo pre rolls to keep people coming in.

I appreciate seeing adults and OGs working the shop to advertise, but unfortunately the quality is what really threw me. Grabbed a gram of Skywalker and OG 18 to test out and received the 200mg Dream Steam new patient special. Both grams were stemmy to the max, virtually a third of the bag weight was unsmokeable product. Shame on you selling this as "medicine!" If it weren't for the free cartridge I wouldn't bother with a second star. I would not refer others.
