I have been a weekly customer for a few years now, but this experience was frustrating enough that this might be my last visit.
After waiting a bit to be helped even though the store was completely empty, one of the guys asked me what I needed. He was friendly and all that, but didnt bother to mention that they hadnt updated the prices for the new year yet so what I bought was incorrectly priced and I ended up spending way more than I expected. Then when I came back in to tryand figure it out, I was completely ignored by one guy for a while until another came in and basically just said he forgot to change the prices and rushed off without really saying anything else. Leaving me to just go ahead and leave without even getting an apology.
