Customer service is lacking. I'm tired of being skipped over as I wait to get my order filled. With a computerized system, this shouldn't be happening. It's simple: first come, first served. When I voiced my concern to the staff, I was ignored both in person and via email. This isn't a fast food transaction; customers need to be treated better by this dispensary -- especially given the price patients are paying. And parking is a pain.
