The wait time for someone to hand you something with a label from behind the counter is way too long. They will tell you you have 30 minutes to arrive after they have 2 hours to pick something up from behind them, print the label, then set it in the bin for the person to come and pick up. Ordering a .5 cartridge shouldn’t take over 2 hours of my time. And they need to accept credit card payment methods too since they do on other certain items. Most of this has pushed me to check out competing stores in the area like the one on Belair Rd. Wait times for something you don’t have to make yourself is ridiculous. Read the order, turn around place the item in the bag, the order is ready for pick up right ? 2 hours is a joke
